The Horton Heights sewer replacement project is finished, and it cost almost $29,000 dollars less than the contracted amount. On Tuesday, the Bryan City Council approved a $28,610 dollar overall decrease change order for the project, taking the cost from $2.18 to $2.15 million dollars. There had been a $129,000 dollar increase in seeding and mulch, but one of the larger decreases was the six-inch sanitary sewer into the tap at $174,000.
