There were two personnel changes and an update on an open position during the Bryan Board of Public Affairs meeting. The board approved hiring Emily Apt as a probationary account clerk…pending a physical and background check. She has 15 years of experience in accounting and customer service. The board also approved reclassifying Todd Stimpfle to regular employment status within the engineering department. The board was also updated on the vacant human resources position. Clerk/treasurer John Lehner informed the board notices have been posted in various publications and online and that so far about a dozen applications have been received.
