Warsaw Police is asking the public to identify a man…believed to be connected to a theft at an area business. Officials tell reporters the suspect drives a black Ford Explorer with a chrome grill and black tinted back windows. The photo is posted online…if he’s familiar…call Warsaw PD. The case continues.
