Area Man Killed

A Defiance man is shot and killed…south of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Jim Thomas, 76, died at the scene in Murrells Inlet. Officials confirm…his daughter is injured during the incident. Thomas was the quartermaster at VFW Post 3360, in Defiance. The case continues in South Carolina.
