Two people…charged in a burglary and assault case, last year at a Defiance apartment complex have entered pleas. Leviticus Magitt…originally indicted for attempted murder…pleads guilty to felonious assault. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing is scheduled for May 10th. His co-defendant, Dylan Brown, pled guilty to similar charges, as well. … Read more

The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office identifies the body found in the Sherman Cemetery at the intersection of Rd 179 and Rd 140 on Wednesday. It’s 29-year-old, Jared Hernandez, from Defiance. The case continues. Detectives ask if you know anything about this to give officers in Paulding County a call.

A fifth person has died after that crash Saturday night in Clinton Township. Officials tell reporters Muriel Michael, 28, of Wauseon, died, on Monday.
