Leviticus Magitt…originally indicted for attempted murder…pleads guilty to felonious assault. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office identifies the body found in the Sherman Cemetery at the intersection of Rd 179 and Rd 140 on Wednesday. It’s 29-year-old, Jared Hernandez, from Defiance.
