Gallagher Takes The Bench

Karen Gallagher was sworn in Monday afternoon to begin her elected term as Williams County Juvenile/Probate Court judge. She’s the first woman to rise to the position in the county’s 201-year history. Gallagher, who was elected in November after serving five years as court magistrate, called the milestone…far too long coming…and…a moment of hope.
